Warranty

We have a two-week warranty for listed products on our website. After two weeks time, if there is any product issue, you can contact the brand for warranty. Most of our products are covered for at least one year. Contact us for purchase proof / receipt.

Our two-week warranty is applied only for products listed on our website. For special order, the warranty is not applied.

Special orders for other products

If you are interested in other products that are not listed on our website, we can do special order and ship them to Vietnam for you. Ordering and shipping time is around 4 weeks.

– For Ho Chi Minh, standard delivery is in office hours, non-scheduled. Scheduled delivery will cost extra, esp. with big cash collection. We wrap our packages discreetly so please consider using your work address if it makes delivery easier.
